Ziggy's pub is open 365 days a year, welcoming patrons to hunker down in front of the big screen television for a rousing bout of professional sports. There are days when you can even chat up one of the local or visiting celebrities – sports personalities, musicians, actors, journalists and politicians. Golfer Payne Stewart once moonlighted as a celebrity bartender at Ziggy's. The place is always bustling and the debates can get lively over pints of beers like Bass, Guinness, Keith's, Sleeman Rousse, and Stella Artois.
More than One
This sports pub houses two bars. The main one is equipped with taps of domestic and imported beers and a variety of single malt scotches. The back bar is intimate and makes for a great time among friends. There are 11 televisions to enjoy your favourite sport, including hockey, football, Formula 1, golf, soccer, tennis, rugby and much more.
Plenty to See
Ziggy's is in itself a miniature museum of memorabilia. There are more than 50 autographed pieces in this pub. You can see a jersey signed by hockey legend Maurice "The Rocket" Richard, Alex Tagliani's racing suit, the helmet of F1 racer Mika Hakkinen, Tiger Woods' autographed British Open 18th hole flag and another signed by Mike Weir. Keith Richards' guitar, from the Rolling Stones, is also on display, while Elton John's signed copy of "Candle in the Wind" can also be seen.
