New Kid on the Block
This stylish restaurant has been causing quite a stir since it opened its doors in 2006, catering to the gourmand crowd with its brand of market cuisine (cuisine du marché). Decorated in subtle light green and brown tones, from the seats to the art, and framed with soft lighting and mirrors, Zeste de Folie features a soothing ambience in which to enjoy the creative cuisine.

Change Is Good
The market cuisine concept means that their menu is seasonal, using the freshest possible ingredients on the market to create gourmet selections. The menu changes every six weeks, but is always comprised of a table d’hôte page and a specials page, both featuring their own appetizers and dishes. These are not strict, however, and you can mix and match from both pages as you like. Duck and seafood dishes are always on the menu in different incarnations. Everything served in the restaurant, from the sauces to the pastries to the ice cream, is made within its walls, and it’s this homemade quality that makes Zeste de Folie so special.

Bring Your Own Wine
Zeste de Folie is a “bring your own wine” restaurant, so if you want to match the wine to your meal, you can check out the menu online before you arrive. You can also complement your meal with bottles of water from the imported water menu. The restaurant is made up of two small rooms, so it is important to reserve well in advance. Due to its size it cannot accommodate groups larger than eight people.
