Relax and Recharge
Those who wish to extend the night before into the morning, to relax after a hard work week, or to simply read the newspaper in a relaxed, yet dynamic atmosphere are sure to enjoy L'Avenue. The mood is set with brick walls splashed with cool graffiti, a metallic bar that doubles as a kitchen, techno music, disco-inspired washrooms, friendly waiters and waitresses, and huge fruit plates. Patrons need only walk inside to leave their worries behind and recharge their batteries.
Bring Your Appetite!
The menu is simple yet generous, modestly priced, and ideally suited to diners with big or small appetites who want to enjoy a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is a vast selection of healthy breakfast items to choose from such as eggs (Benedict, poached, sunny side up), French toast, pancakes and waffles, served on plates that are nothing if not colourful. For dinner time, there are also sandwiches, hamburgers, pasta dishes, salads, potato skins and savoury crepes, not to mention the malts, coffees, cocktails, wines, liqueurs, brandies, and spirits! The restaurant becomes even more appealing by night as natural daylight is replaced by the soft glow of dimly lit lamps.
