La Raclette’s chef likes reinventing things as they go. For this reason, the table d’hôte changes from one week to another, offering you each time a variety not only of fondues and raclettes but also dishes such as creamy vegetables soups, mustard salmon and minced veal. When dessert time arrives, be sure not to miss one of Switzerland’s other specialties: chocolate! Ice creams and pies as well as the “poires Belle Hélène”, consisting of pears covered with a melted chocolate sauce, are purely exquisite!
