Starting Fresh
The chef at Carte Blanche is a traveller who loves different flavours. As a result, his creative French cuisine is fused with tastes from other cultures. The menu changes with the seasons to prioritize market fresh ingredients. Quebec products are also favoured.

A Large Choice of Dishes
A table d’hôte menu is offered at lunch and at dinner. The à la carte menu features various appetizers like oysters, smoked salmon, duck foie gras on a bed of pears and an escargot-filled pastry. As a main course, have a salad such as the prosciutto and melon, the warm goat cheese or the duck confit. Past dishes include a shrimp linguini or the three cheese farfalle. If you’re a fish lover, try the mussels, salmon tartar or cod Parmentier. If you’re a meat eater you’ll love the fillet of duck, the beef in a port wine sauce or the rabbit in a sun-dried tomato sauce. Finish your meal with a selection of Quebec cheeses or a frozen nougat, crème brûlée or a sorbet from the popular Bilboquet.

Décor and Parties
You’ll enjoy your meal in an elegant yet simple décor that features a multicoloured wall, full bar and tables adorned with white tablecloths. To complement your meal, Carte Blanche offers a great wine list with selections from around the world. The chef can create a menu for special occasions—what better way to mark a milestone?
