Many a Right-Hand Man…
Beyond astonishing patrons every evening, the chefs at Apollo prepare frozen dishes for gourmets on the run and put together incredible feasts for cocktail parties, galas, inaugurations and celebrations of all kinds. Their kitchen is, in fact, a laboratory that dinner guests can observe thanks to a large glass wall. The selection of canapé and tapas is full of surprising flavours and may be ordered by the dozen. Apollo’s catering services are unparalleled, because the restaurant offers specially crafted menus with a wine selection, pastries and chocolates. These tasty treats which are made fresh for events and are presented by a professional host.

Tour the Globe, Defy Convention
At Apollo, they put forward a slate of basic ingredients and then let the chef exhibit his creativity. Dishes move away from convention. The sea-bream is raw, marinated, fried and accompanied by a generous portion of crisp vegetables. Patrons can also choose unique and delightful dishes, such as cream of squash soup with honey of star anise, blue island shrimp with Thai marinade and mango antiboise, strips of dried duck with pineapple chutney and little rice cakes. Green tea served with small roasted fruit with Tahiti vanilla panna cotta also adds a savoury touch.

Several Event Locations Available
A sister eatery can be found right across the street from Restaurant Apollo. Apollo Bistro opened its doors to diners in spring 2009. Apollo has two other reception halls available near the Atwater market. The place is perfect for events or parties that require a capacity of 150 or 450 guests.
