A New Concept & Fine Wine
Inspired by European wine bars and New York City’s finger food trend, Pullman’s vision puts it in a class of its own. Offering more than 200 wines from around the world, including red, white, rosé and yellow wines, this trendy spot is more dynamic than your average restaurant, but is relaxed enough to be a classy spot where you can savour to your heart’s content.
Little Foods Big Taste
Pullman has a variety of hors d’oeuvres for tasting – they are as delicious as they are pretty. Québec cheese platters are available and some of the most popular foods include: Grilled Perron cheddar cheese with Porto, mini-burgers, filet mignon cigars, and oysters. The renowned café Illy is a must, along with the truffles and strawberries with aged balsamic vinegar.
Various Levels of Refinement
This wine bar is split between three levels, each with a different atmosphere. The mezzanine is more intimate, called the “lounge” area. The entrance, also known as the interior “terrasse,” holds the main bar and is the most animated area. The basement level opens onto the kitchen, and has a more casual, “end of evening” feel to it.
A Lush Urban Feel
Pullman is known for its décor as much as for its wines. Designed by the award-winning Cabinet Braun-Braën, each detail was meticulously thought out. From the seemingly exposed wall of concrete and mesh, to the glamorous yet whimsical wine glass chandelier hanging from the 24-foot caviar-coloured ceiling in the main area, to the fur seating and natural leather booths, Pullman offers customers distinctive surroundings and matchless ideas.
