Wine waiter service is available all the time and dish are made in function of wines that may be served. Menu is constituted by dish that can easily be remembered, such as “foie gras” specialties, appetizers, flammeküeche - a French salted pie from Alsace region - meat and fish, cheeses and desserts.
Mood and Design
Of course, such a menu goes with a place that sticks to the features of this type of experience. Teck furnitures inspired by the Danish of the 60’s, leather sofas, marble and wood bar and indoor garden all make the place sober, elegant and warm. Guests are usually professional and are fine food lovers rather than “want to be seen” people. For a great romantic meal or a get-together with friends, it is also a place that deserves to be considered.
Rent a Bistro
Neighbour of Laloux restaurant, an institution of Montreal gastronomy, the Pop! Wine Bar can also be rented if you want to plan a conference, a cocktail or a business meeting. It can welcome up to 50 sitting persons and about 70 to 80 persons for a cocktail or events of that kind. Furthermore, you can rent screen, media projector and microphones if you need any of them during your presentation or speech.
