Under The Summer Sun
The Saint-Zotique municipal beach is not just a good place for monitored swimming with slides, a wading pool and children’s’ park; It is also the perfect place to have fun while enjoying the outdoors. You can take dance classes (salsa, belly-dancing, merengue, bachata and others) as well as aquafit and dance-exercise courses. These classes are given by trained professionals every weekend, and they are free! Furthermore, limbo and sandcastle competitions take place under the supervision of dynamic presenters. So many things to enjoy! What’s more, there is also an all-terrain cycle path, a skate park and a basketball court.

Educational Entertainment
During the summer and fall seasons, travel through time with the Tour-actif event. Learn more about the region’s attractions thanks to seven different platforms: the Iroquois wigwam, the timber tower’s house, the maritime lighthouse, the Couteau-du-Lac blockhouse, the windmill, the biomass pyramid and the biodiversity grotto. You can learn how lighthouses and windmills work while discovering more about the First Nations, animals and plants presented at the site. If you want some competitive fun with friends or work colleagues, why not try paintball?

Under The Snow
The Saint-Zotique municipal beach is still a fun place during the frosty-cold winter! Its luge mini-mountain is a hit with young children, while the 2.3-kilometre cross-country skiing trail and an ice skating rink with great lighting and background music provide fun for all the family.

During the summer, a campground is set up close to the Saint-Zotique municipal beach. When they rent a site, visitors also have access to a picnic area, barbecues, showers and the beach. It is wilderness camping, meaning electricity and water are not available at your site. This is a great place to enjoy a relaxing break away from it all.
