Situated between Avenue du Parc and Jeanne-Mance within the borders of Mont-Royal Avenue and Duluth, Jeanne-Mance Park offers all the tranquility of the great outdoors in the heart of downtown Montreal. Located across the street from Mont-Royal, the park is a great place to soak up some rays or toss around a football on a warm summer's day. Only a short walk away from the McGill Ghetto and Plateau Mont-Royal, the park is usually full of students enjoying the fresh air as they study for final exams.
Bring the Whole Family
Covering an enormous expanse of green space, Jeanne-Mance Park affords numerous shady, and private, spots for a picnic with your significant other or the entire family. The park also boasts playgrounds for the kids, including tennis courts and a well-maintained soccer field equipped with lights for nighttime play. Although the soccer field is open to the public, it can also be reserved for league play and during the summer months it is rare that the field is not being used by Montreal's numerous soccer aficionados.
