Domestic Designs
Part civil engineer, part visual artist and craftsman, Osik Design owner and resident artist, Ari Bayuaji opened shop in 2005. Combining his talents as well as his Indonesian influence, Bayuaji envisioned his shop as both a studio and gallery displaying his woodwork and colourful designs as well as inspiring home-owners and decorators to create their own style of interior settings. In addition to Osik Design’s contemporary furniture collection, interior accessories, traditional household pieces and architectural detailed items, Bayuaji offers his design consulting advice to other businesses.

Wooden Heart
Taking inspiration from a variety of sources, Osik Design offer unique, art nouveau style contemporary furniture. Made from an older grain of teak wood, the exotic chairs have grainier, denser quality that is less prone to the damaging effects of time. Its rich colour stands out among other, more common wooden furniture, as it has a dark beige appeal that coordinates well with both neutral and bright colours. Ideal for jazzing up any contemporary-style setting, the Osik furniture line is both artistic and durable.

In the Now
Osik Designs Exhibits a combination of antiques, recycled wood, rare finds from Indonesian rice barns, period pieces, colourfully detailed floral and paisley sculpted statues and ornaments as well as trendy geometrics that resemble cubic art and clean lined shapes. Offering both current trends in urban home stylings as well as ceremonial Hindu sculptures dating all the way back to the 19th century, Osik Design gallery and studio is an experience in world culture, tradition and art.
