Tops and Bottoms
Opened in 1999, this boutique is named after its merchandise: tops and bottoms. Les Hauts & Les Bas imports lingerie from Europe, but it also has Quebec brand names. In clothing, German, Italian, Brazilian, Spanish and North American lines can be purchased. As a special feature of this boutique, regular clientele can borrow books from the store's library of literary favourites.

Freya and Barbara bras are also available for bigger sizes, in fact, the boutique offers lingerie from siz 4-16. Still can’t find your size? Ask an employee to order a bra in your size. In women’s clothing look for Save the Queen from Italy and Cambio from Germany. You’ll have no trouble trying anything on, as this boutique has spacious changing rooms.

Simple Design
In 2001, this store’s simple design won the Jury Grand Prize at the Commerce Design Montreal awards. Every available space is maximized at Les Hautes & Les Bas. Lingerie and clothing are hung on simple rows of mounted metal racks that line the walls from the front to the back. All merchandise is hung for easy access and viewing. The front of the store is comprised of a huge window and the door, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. A floor-to-ceiling mirror covers the back wall and lengthens the store, while a white counter runs from the front to the middle of the boutique, adding more display space.

Sizes: Regular to plus sizes available from 4-16.

From Bras to Books: As a unique twist, the boutique has an in-house library for regular clientele looking to borrow a book.
