On the menu, flank, mixed dishes, tartare, salads and a range of other pleasure for your palette. The best dishes of the French culinary landscape are on the menu. Carnivores will have the choice of grilled Toulouse sausages, calvados and apple blood sausage, port wine and Portobello veal flank, or milk-fed veal liver with sherry and raspberry vinegar. Sugary-salt mixes are also plentiful. Seafood is also on the menu as sorrel-grilled salmon, scallop and shrimp tulips in lobster sauce, mussels and sole filet in miller sauce. For desserts, there are classics such as profiteroles, apple pie and crème brulee.

Paris in Laval
Everything at Tire-Bouchon is studied to give you a true French bistro experience. The high ceilings and wooden and brick décor will have you feeling like you’re in Paris. The service is immaculate, as is the presentation on the plate. A magnificent terrace and a private room on the mezzanine add to the bistro-style dining room. Le Tire-Bouchon is also a wine and cheese bar during the week. A vast choice of wines from the four corners of the world is offered. The quality-price ratio is excellent, allowing you to try the best products from each French region: Bordelais, Bourgogne, Beaujolais, white wines, champagnes, rosés and port. Wines are mostly sold at SAQ prices.
