Ever since, his brewery/pub has come a long way, inspiring novices to launch their own businesses in a field dominated by industry giants.

Homemade brew fans will enjoy savouring the pub's five kinds of ale: pale, red, white, amber, and black. They will also appreciate its monthly specialities such as cranberry, strawberry and maple-flavoured ales. So what gives these potions such a distinct taste? The Belgian monastic yeast employed, of course! The on-tap service doesn't hurt either.
