White Knight Décor
Do you remember the colour of Henri IV's horse? Find out for yourself at Cheval Blanc on the corner of St-Hubert street. Much more than a horse will await you!

1920s-era Style
In this 20s-style pub boasting a green and zinc décor, Jerome Denys has set up all the necessary tools to make fine brew. In fact, as the first person to hold a micro-brewery permit in 1987, Jerome was responsible for launching this craze in Quebec. Ever since, his brewery/pub has come a long way, inspiring novices to launch their own businesses in a field dominated by industry giants.

Each Batch Made from Scratch
Homemade brew fans will enjoy savouring the pub's five kinds of ale: pale, red, white, amber, and black. They will also appreciate its monthly specialities such as cranberry, strawberry and maple-flavoured ales. So what gives these potions such a distinct taste? The Belgian monastic yeast employed, of course! The on-tap service doesn't hurt either.

The Taste of Authenticity
In short, intellectuals and local beer lovers meet at Cheval Blanc to savour fine ales from a master brewer, a warm ambiance and an abstract art collection that inspires the contemplation of life as well as beer!
