A Rich History of Riverside Hospitality
Since 1983, Les Trois Tilleuls has maintained the vision of its founder, Michel Aubriot, in welcoming visitors to the town of Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu. Forty-one contemporary rooms and suites provide views of the picturesque Richelieu River and seven air-conditioned multi-purpose conference rooms are available for business presentations, conventions and receptions for 10 to 120 visitors.
Fully Stocked and Ready to Serve
All guest rooms are equipped with a phone, television, radio, and wireless Internet access. The bathrooms include a therapeutic shower, hair dryer and bathrobes. The Royal Suite comes complete with a living room fireplace and double bath with multi-water shower jets and like all rooms, provides room service and a wake-up call service.
Rest and Recreation
Relax in the hotel’s heated indoor swimming pool, Finnish saunas and tanning room, or keep active in the fitness room and tennis courts, before going for a stroll down to the quay on the water.
Award-Winning Dishes and Locally Grown Ingredients
Head Chef, Jean-Francois Methot was awarded the Renaud Cyr award in 2002 for his Monteregie-inspired dishes. The hotel restaurant’s “menu degustation” is updated monthly to provide the latest in creative cuisine while favouring a distinctly French palate. The “a la carte” menu is modified seasonally as local producers bring their unique goods to be featured in Methot’s creations. The kitchen also offers lighter fare for health-conscious guests. Boasting 16,000 bottles of wine and 900 different labels to complement any dish, the extensive wine cellar includes several famous grand crus, such as Romanée Conti, Château Lafitte, and Mouton Rothschild.
