After several years of experimentation and tasting, Geneviève Grandbois can now share her passion for chocolate with a wider audience. By hand making these little treats from the best ingredients, she allows us to discover the most sublime of taste combinations: Wild honey, allspice, caramel, lime, fleur de sel, gianduja: ingredients that make your mouth water. She also offers surprising specialties: Monte Cristo, an infusion made from Monte Cristo cigar leaves; Balsamico, a truffle flavoured with balsamic vinegar aged for 25 years; Black truffle, a ganache flavoured with black truffle oil, sustained with soft notes of black truffle. Veritable jewels for the palate!
