As soon as you step in the door of Chez Baptiste, you’ll feel the warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere that will make you want to stay the night. Sitting around a table of friends or on a well-worn sofa, you’ll notice the wooden floors, reminiscent of your parents’ basement. The paintings around the bar catch your eye and gets you dreaming, causing long. Luscious conversations on art, artists, life—pretty much anything.
Easy to love
Chez Baptiste is the kind of bar that can easily become your new favourite place. Those who want to play usually head for the foosball table, where many wild competitions take place. Others talk and devour the drinks that are politely brought to you by waiters and waitresses alike.
A good deal for all tastes
Chez Baptiste offers a large variety of domestic and imported beers. From reds to whites, including blonds and browns, many tastes, smells and colours fill the pints. It’s reminiscent of a pub’s atmosphere, but more warm and comfortable. This lovely and unpretentious “brasserie” is the perfect mix of a comfortable and trendy spot, in the heart of the Plateau. To get there, simply take Mont-Royal Avenue until Christophe-Colomb, and you’ll see it!
