Located on Outremont’s trendy Bernard Avenue, this small character-laden spot attracts ice cream lovers from around the city, craving for something sweet and refreshing to stave off the summer heat. Their generous portions can be enjoyed in a regular or sugar cone, or you can always take a tub home with you!
Explosion of Flavours
In addition to normal ice cream flavours such as vanilla, coffee and raspberry ripple, Bilboquet also offers more unusual ones like chocolate-orange, praline, Brouhaha (chewy brownies, crunchy caramel and caramel sauce), King Kong (chocolate and banana) and Cacophonie (white chocolate and cashew nuts). Made with 35 per cent cream, their ice cream has up to 90 per cent less air, resulting in a pleasantly smooth texture.

There’s nothing like a fruity sorbet or frozen yogurt on a sultry summer evening. Why not try the coconut-mango sorbet or tangy mandarin?
