Street Cred
Established in 2005, Adam & Eve is just one of the chic independent boutiques that pepper trendy St-Laurent Boulevard, a street renowned for its fashionable hipsters, “indie” musicians, underground bars and high-class agencies. Although the facade of the Adam & Eve shop takes up a rather small space among the series of buildings on its block, the interior of the place is both bright and spacious and has a split-level floor space. About three-quarters of the shop features women’s apparel, accessories, jewellery and leather goods whereas one wall displays men’s clothing. With an array of funky styles, cuts and colors, Adam & Eve fits right in with the Montreal youth street-wear style.

Dressed to Thrill
The store set-up is very pleasing for shoppers as most of the clothing racks and displays are arranged by categories of colors and designers. Ranging from teen punk-chic separates to sweater sets and classy-casual pants, Adam & Eve has a little something for everyone’s tastes. With brands ranging from the well-known Kenzie to more discreet local designers, customers can find one-of-a-kind collections that aren’t sold anywhere else.

Well-Seasoned
Focusing on bringing in the new season’s collections just on time for the changing weather of Montreal, Adam & Eve always has end-of-season sale racks at the head of the shop. They feature colorful, classic and trendy pieces. In addition to these cool clothes, the store also has collections of fake-leather goods by Montreal-based Matt & Nat, a brand that features wallets, change purses, pocketbooks and more, at reasonable prices.
